Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region:
• Domestic orders — typically 5–10 business days
• International orders — typically 7–15 business days
Weather, customs, or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery windows.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address — but we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition and with original packaging where possible.
